Salon Booking and Cancellation Policy:

 ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price exceptions can be made

No Shows - If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service price will be charged. If card on file does not go through client is required to pay for full service before booking another appointment.
